Certification and Standards

We manufacture a wide range of premium butter, cheese and other non-dairy products both to New Zealand and export markets. We are registered with the Ministry of Primary Industries (MPI) and are also governed by the different regulations of our importing customer’s markets – and we are still adding to this list!

All of this means that we care about ensuring the safety, quality and overall goodness of our products. Our onsite HACCP (Hazard Analysis at Critical Control Points) policies and Risk Management Programme keep our internal processes at a world standard level while our cool chain distribution processes ensure that our product arrives in the best shape we could ever imagine. That said, don’t just take our word for it.

We also maintain certification for NZIDT Halal in all our export markets and have APHSNZ certification for Indonesia though this will only grow over time. We are also Organic certified for many of our markets. We are constantly adding to our list of eligible markets and will do what we can to meet our customer’s needs.

Our butter is also tracked in such a way that if we needed to, we can trace all of our butter back to the farm. This ensures that everyone is kept accountable for the product that our customer's get, corners are never cut and only the best is good enough.

We contract Third Party Agencies (TPA's) as external auditors; it is the responsibility of these TPA's to ensure our programmes meet national and international standards as required. Continual development and improvements to these standards ensure that we remain proactive rather than reactive.
