We craft high-quality butter and cheese products from grass-fed New Zealand milk. We focus on doing a few things exceptionally well \u2014 creating butter and cheese in formats chefs, airlines, caf\u00e9s, and hospitality teams rely on every day, from sheets, pats, briks, medallions and ingots to clarified, spreadable, and individual portions.<\/p>\n

What makes us different is our care. We pay attention to the details \u2014 from the way our butter performs in the professional kitchen to how it\u2019s portioned and packaged.<\/p>\n

We\u2019re especially proud of our plant-based compostable portion packs, designed to reduce waste while delivering the same great quality inside.<\/p>\n
