Description

15gm porcini mushroom and truffle flavoured butter disc.

Application

A premium flavoured butter for use as a hard butter sauce with steak, a sauce with pasta or a heavenly spread with breads/crackers etc.
 

Apricot cream cheese bullet

Description

20gm apricot flavoured cream cheese with dried apricot pieces blended into a bullet.

Application

A filling for chicken breast.
 

Lemon herb butter rosette

Description

10gm lemon and parsley butter rosette.

Application

A butter or garnish for white and pink fish.

Description

10gm green herbs and cracked pepper disc.

Application

A butter sauce for steak or to accompany steamed vegetables.
