Green Herb & Garlic Butter Bullet

Description

20gm butter bullet - a blend of green herbs and crushed garlic.

Application

A filling for chicken or meat, or as a flavoured butter sauce with vegetables.
 

Sundried Tomato & Feta Bullet

Description

20gm bullet of béchamel, sundried tomatoes blended with crumbled feta, basil & garlic.

Application

A filling for chicken cuts or chicken wraps, or as a sauce/garnish with pasta.

Cheese Stick

Description

16gm aged cheddar cheese.

Application

For insertion into chicken or as the cheese ingredient in a wrap/parcel.
 

Cheese Disc

Description

Available in 10gm or 15gm size with a mild or high-melt cheese flavour.

Application

The cheese component of a mince and/or steak and cheese pie, or cordon bleu products e.g. chicken, beef.
